Trader Joe’s Organic Broccoli Slaw Salad Recipe

Trader Joe’s Organic Broccoli Slaw Salad with Gwyneth Paltrow’s Deli Coleslaw Dressing

This is my favorite combination for a quick coleslaw. I love coleslaw, but I hate shredding cabbage. If you can’t get your hands on TJ’s broccoli slaw, use a prepared bag of coleslaw form the market. I love this coleslaw dressing, it tastes so much like a dressing you would find at a restaurant. I don’t always have vegenaise in the house so I use regular mayonnaise. The great thing is that you can prepare this the night before.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bag TJ’s Organic Broccoli Slaw
  • 3 Green onions, chopped
  • 1 Cup shredded carrots

For the dressing

  • 1/2 cup Vegenaise
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar

Directions:

Add ingredients and stir to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let the coleslaw get to know itself for at least an hour or two, but this is really best when you let it sit overnight.
