“Eat. Drink. Shop. Repeat.” is the theme for the 26th Annual Taste of Dallas.  This North Texas tradition is packed with all the food and fun that can fit into Fair Park. With new areas devoted to food trucks, craft beers and wine tasting, an indoor restaurant tasting experience and an all-new area devoted to pint-sized Taste attendees, it’s a recipe for success that tastes as sweet as the goodness being cooked up.

Be sure to arrive with an empty stomach, as the 26th Annual Taste of Dallas will host even more restaurants, activities and fun! Over 60 of Dallas’ best will be participating, and, luckily, no reservations are needed for this event. Come take bites of some of Dallas’ faves such as House of Blues, Clay Pit, J Blacks, and 1832 Steakhouse to name just a few.

If you’ve ever had the question, “How did they make that?”  As always, there will be cooking demonstrations from some of the best chefs from Dallas restaurants including Chef Anthony Van Camp from SER Steak & Spirits at Hilton Anatole, David McMillan from Screen Door and The Commissary, Chef John Franke from Frontburner Restaurants, David Smith from Westin Galleria, Gerard Thompson from Rough Creek Lodge and Matt Mortimer with Blue Goose and Aw Shucks to give you the answers. To wash down the tasty food choices, there will be beverages along the way, including beer and wine tastings.

For those with children, there is no need to find a babysitter as there is a designated area for the kiddos this year called Kids Taste Town. Here they will be able to enjoy bounce houses, interactive games, giant slides, a petting zoo, animal shows, midway rides and games.
