OpSail is a non-profit organization, established in 1961 with the endorsement of President John F. Kennedy, to advance sail training and promote goodwill among nations.  This year, to celebrate the 100-year anniversary of the War of 1812, OpSail will be hosting a handful of events through the weekend and into the next week as Tall Ships from around the world will be on display in the harbor. Some of the ships will be open for tours, and others will be hosting special events throughout the week.

The U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Team – the famed Blue Angels – will fly over the USS Constitution and the USCGC Eagle on Wednesday, July 4th at 12 noon during the Constitution turn-around cruise.
