Celebrate Your Birthday At These Austin Restaurants

I sometimes get a little birthday shy, certain years I like to pretend it’s not even here and some years I do enjoy blowing it out of the water.  With my day coming up I wanted to find some additional birthday perks besides just hearing from all of your Facebook friends that you haven’t talked to since high school, so I found some great restaurants around Austin that offer birthday perks!

Quite a few places offer complimentary birthday dessert if you visit on your actual birthday (or even close to it, if you are waiting to celebrate the big day on a weekend).  The chef at Trace at the W has created a special fried cupcake with fruit sorbet.

Sullivans offers birthday guests a complimentary soufflé.  Hula Hut has a specific birthday treat- their dessert nachos which consist of cinnamon sugar dusted crispas topped with chocolate, caramel, whipped cream and fresh fruit!

Tacos N Tequila offers guests a complimentary Saturday brunch anytime during the month of your birthday.  Guests can also enjoy a complimentary cocktail if they come in for their birthday celebration.  Join the e-list to get your birthday reminder here.

Jason’s Deli sends members of their e-club (which is free to join) a $5 off coupon the week before their birthday that is good for two weeks.  You can join the club here .

Noodles & Co offers members of their e-club a free Noodle bowl valid for two weeks.  Sign up for the Noodlegram e-newsletter here.

At III Forks customers can sign up for the complimentary e-mail club here and then they receive a special offer for their birthday with a two week time frame as well for using it.

The League Kitchen & Tavern offers a complimentary dump cake for guests that visit the restaurant on their birthday.  The dump cake is a traditional WW1-era cake deconstructed with toffee chips and pecans and served with vanilla bean ice cream.

For a visit on your actual birthday Trudy’s offers a complimentary house specialty martini, house drink or well shot to go along with your meal (or to enjoy beforehand).  Then for dessert you can choose from a brownie a la mode, cheesecake flan or regular flan.  To find your nearest Trudy’s location visit their site here.
