GlamourGal NYC’s 8th Annual Glamour In the City Event At Arena

On Thursday, June 7, Glamour Gals are celebrating their 8^th Annual Glamour In The City event. Hosted at NYC’s Arena, Guests will enjoy a Stoli Vodka & Milgro Tequila Sponsored Bar featuring specialty cocktails and treats by Smart & Skinny. Entertainment includes the sounds of DJ Zeke, door prizes, raffle items, and a live auction. Door Prizes will be given to the best pink outfit of the night.

“Our volunteers become the voices for these women, writing about their experiences in GG journals, school essays or even college applications. Each time I visit a local makeover and I feel the squeeze of a women’s frail hand after I say, ‘you look beautiful today,’ I know how special this program is” said Rachel Mara Doyle, CEO of GlamourGals

Glamour Gals’ mission statement is to inspire and organize teens to provide ongoing complimentary beauty makeovers and companionship to women living in senior homes. Today, GlamourGals have celebrated the completion of over 10,000 makeovers! Join NYC’s fashionable and philanthropic for its annual event will try to raise $25,000 for GlamourGals’ Hot Pink Leadership Program.
