Summer is here, and with it a wave of beautiful brides and wives to be!  I sat down with Tiffiny Luong, Elite National Trainer for  Motives Cosmetics  by Loren Ridigner . The company has been getting a lot of press lately since joining forces with VH1 reality tv star LaLa Anthony. Tiffiny  has worked her magic on everyone from A-list stars  which include Ivanka Trump, Lucy Lu, and many more that we can’t even mention do to her ironclad contract.  Although she’s not giving up any celebrity secrets she is giving up the goods on whats hot in Bridal BeautyFor anxious brides, check out these most-commonly asked questions about this season’s hottest makeup looks.

1. What is the new trend is bridal makeup? The biggest trend is a bronzed  or color fresh look.

2. What colors are big for summer wedding? Turquoise, blue and hot pink.

3. What are two Bridal Don’ts for wedding makeup? Don’t wear to heavy or dark makeup, and don’t wear to dark eye liner. We know wedding days are very long; heavy eyeliner can easily smear under your eyes, making you look tired.

4. What are two Bridal Do’s? Do find the right (custom blend) foundation match or Airbrush makeup for your skin. Do wear lip gloss over lip-stainer at all times to make you fresh and sexy.

5. Not everyone can afford a celebrity makeup artist  for their wedding day. What should a bride do to achieve that look at home or if she is on a budget? Today, it is easier than ever to get custom foundation made just for you. Or, explore a salon or makeup workshop which sells professional makeup: here you can get wedding makeup done for free with your purchase of the make-up line. It’s a win-win, and you learn how to apply the makeup yourself for later use!

6. How many hours before the wedding should the bride get her makeup down? The best time is one hour before; this way your are camera-ready and will have a natural glow by the time the ceremony begins.
7. How soon should a bride try out her makeup before the wedding day? Even if you have a rough idea of when the special day will be… why wait? Try out as many as you can! Finding the right makeup artist can be tricky, and they book up quickly, so if you are considering that route, get started!

8.What should a bride look for in hiring a makeup artist? How much experience is expected on their part, and how much do they normally cost? To hire a great makeup artist for your wedding, try asking friends who are already married, your favorite hair stylist, or even a friend at work. You should also talk to a hair stylist and makeup artist at the same time so they can coordinate a beautiful natural look. For professional makeup artist, expect the bill to be between $85-250, dependent on how much experience the makeup artist has, and whether you go for other options like false lashes and airbrushed makeup.
