A unique, chef-prepared menu created exclusively for you is a splurge-worthy treat. Especially when it’s from Iron Chef and James Beard Foundation winner for Best Chef Northwest, Holly Smith. And that exclusive meal is exactly what Chef Smith of Cafe Juanita will be offering with the restaurants’ “Table 2 for 2” series starting Sunday, June 3rd.
Each weekend, Chef Smith will treat eight lucky guests to a multi-course tasting menu of seasonal dishes, while sitting at Table 2, a spot prized for its view of the open kitchen.
Four reservations will be available per week with only two seatings on Saturday and two seatings on Sunday. The first seating will be at 5:30 p.m. and the second at 8:45 p.m.
To customize the menu to diners’ needs, allergies and dietary restrictions will be discussed at the time of reservation. Since no meal is quite complete without wine, Wine Director, Dawn Smith, will create the perfect pairings to compliment the meal.
Reservations for June are now available and the first reservation for July will open on Tuesday, June 5th. To make reservations call (425) 823-1505. The tasting menu is $135 per guest (plus tax and gratuity) with an optional beverage pairing available for $75 per guest.
