Rachel Holleman is a native of the Sunshine State, she left her hometown in 2009 to pursue her dream of working in the DC metropolitan area. Rachel graduated with a BA in Communications from Stetson University, where she was a writer and editor for The Reporter, a weekly university news publication. With volunteer experience at home and abroad, Rachel is committed to making a positive contribution worldwide and in her community. On weekends you can find her strolling through the many (free!) Smithsonian Institutions and browsing the shops in Old Town. She is passionate about arts, culture and philanthropy and hopes to have a long, fulfilling career helping others.

SNOBSWAP’s Official Launch Party Swap & Sip At TARI In Georgetown

Enjoy a night of complimentary hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and dazzling designer exchanges at the Swap & Sip Official Launch Party of SNOBSWAP, the premier online luxury consignment marketplace. The event will be hosted at the Georgetown boutique of Premier Partner, TARI on April 19 between 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Founded by DC natives, sisters Elise Whang and Emily Dang, SNOBSWAP assists users in effortlessly swapping, selling and shopping for coveted designer clothing, handbags and accessories with other fashionistas from across the country. These two ladies are bringing the thrill of swap parties and consignment to the web. SNOBSWAP offers a greener alternative to shopping and a guilt-free way of updating your wardrobe without depleting your wallet.

“Swap & Sip” will be the official DC debut for this online designer destination. Attendees are welcome to show off their favorite vintage, designer or consignment pieces as well as participate in giveaways and high-end handbag and accessory swapping!
