Atlas Performing Arts Center Hosts Pasties And Popcorn With Sexy Short Flicks And Burlesque

A collection of sexy and titillating films from the DC Shorts’ archives will be shown May 11 and 12 at the Atlas Performing Arts Center in Washington, DC as part of a new event created by popular demand: Pasties and Popcorn.

The event will feature several of DC Shorts’ favorite risqué films intermingled with live scintillating entertainment from DC’s premier variety show Tilted Torch, as well as a sneak peek at a film programmed for the 2012 DC Shorts Film Festival in September.

Accompanying the films will be famed DC-based burlesque artists, Miss Joule, Maria Bella and Stella Sweet.  Fire, dance and comedic sideshow performances by Malibu, Na’la and Swami YoMahmi will also add to the excitement, hosted by Tilted Torch’s “femme-cee” extraordinaire, Shortstaxx.
