Philadelphia Wedding’s presents Sew In Love Couture Bridal Design Contest in which students from five local Philadelphia schools will compete to win the incredible prize of designing and launching a line of evening wear to be sold exclusively at Bridals by Danielle.

The participating schools are: Drexel University, University of Delaware, Philadelphia University, Philadelphia Art Institute, and Moore College of Design.
Students will be judged on couture bridal dress designs and the 25 finalists will see their creations strut down the runway at the Sew in Love Fashion Showcase on April 11 at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel. The winner will be chosen by a select panel of industry professionals and the public is invited to catch a glimpse of these original designs. Refreshments and hors d’oeuvres will be served.
Fifty percent of all proceeds from the event will go to benefit Wish Upon A Wedding, the world’s first non-profit wish-granting organization providing weddings and vow renewal ceremonies for couples facing terminal illness and serious life-altering circumstances.
