Spring Wine Hour At Hotel Palomar Dallas To Benefit Promise of Peace

Some chefs storm into their new restaurants like an invading navy, gunships of publicity thundering on the horizon. Graham Dodds slipped into his new digs as quietly as a canoe. There has been some buzz around his new brunch and breakfast menu, but I am excited  just to meet the new man in charge.

For those of you who are unaware Hotel Palomar Dallas is an eco-friendly establishment and is opening its evening wine hour to the public for this special spring event.  I have had a glass of wine several times after an exhausting Exhale workout class, and now you too can enjoy wine without the workout.

Mix and mingle while you enjoy sustainable wines and lite bites made with fresh garden ingredients by Central 214’s Chef Graham Dodds! Donation of $20 is suggested for Promise of Peace and their hands-on programs to support local students and the community.

This is a fun event that everyone should add to their social calendar
