The Garment District is legendary for its costume selection. Paired with Boston Costume, the store is packed with an extensive collection of new and used costumes year round. By the Pound is The Garment District’s other claim to fame. During select time frames, customers can rummage through piles upon piles of clothing and pay for their finds by the pound. A steal at $1.50 per pound (only $1 on Fridays), thrift store enthusiasts have a field day with this offering.

Walking into The Garment District, it’s hard not to be distracted by the décor, complete with bright walls and gigantic, quirky sculptures.
