Paso Robles, California’s fastest growing wine region, invades Washington, D.C. from April 9th to the 13th, 2012 with its national Grand Tasting Tour.
This five-day event is filled with tastings, winemaker dinners, trade seminars and more. Paso Robles’ D.C. takeover will not only feature 150+ wines from 30+ wineries during the marquee Grand Tasting event on Wednesday, April 11 at the Hotel Palomar in Dupont Circle where wine lovers can taste 100+ wines and meet 20+ winemakers.
In addition, winemaker dinners will be held at restaurants like America Eats, BLT Steak and Adour throughout the week. There will also be in-store wine tastings featuring 4 – 8 of Paso Robles’ incredible wines in retail stores throughout the city. Participating wineries include: Adelaida Cellars, Ancient Peaks Winery, Cass Winery , Clayhouse Wines and 14 more.Bringing the winemakers and principals out of the cellars, attendees will actually be able to meet the personalities behind the wine.
