Vapiano Brings Together Technology And Classic Good Food

Many chefs claim the title of passionate chefs, but when it comes to the chefs at Vapiano, none of them come even close.
While waiting as our food is being prepared, my friends and I have struck up conversations with the friendly chefs. When asked “why do you work here?” the answer is always about the same: “Because I love to cook.” I don’t know about you, but if I were having someone prepare a meal that I have traveled to come eat, and have waited in line for, I would want it to be both delicious and created by someone who actually wants me to enjoy my food.

That’s not the only special thing about “Vaps” though; it also has an interesting means of getting your food. When you first enter the restaurant, you are given a card, which you take with you to whichever stations you want to order food from, the pizza station, the pasta station, salad station etc. You order your food and watch as the chefs gracefully prepare your food. When they’re done, you swipe your card on a machine, and go and enjoy the mouthwatering dish that has been prepared for you at your own pace and convenience.  As you leave, you swipe your card at the front desk and pay; a more convenient way of paying the bill, not to mention environmentally friendly.

Vapiano is a two-floor restaurant that is spacious, comfortable and fully equipped with quaint tables, lounges on both floors and delicious Italian food. The Bruschetta Trio, Caesar Salad and Pasta Alfredo are all to die for, and when you are regrettably done with your food and must leave, don’t forget the free gummy bears at the front desk, to savor the good memories and to reignite their motto “chi va piano, va sano e va lontano” or, “he who goes slowly, goes safely and goes far”.
