You might have to put those New Year’s resolutions on the back burner until May. ‘Tis the festive season for food and wine. In the past few years, South Florida has seen an influx of celebrity chefs, including one newly crowned Iron Chef America (Chef Zakarian of Tudor House in South beach), alongside some new innovative restaurants, which should make for a scrumptious litany of culinary fests coming your way in 2012. The most appreciated food and wine events decorate the calendar from January to late April–plenty of time to get that body back into swimsuit shape.
