Easy New Year’s Skin Resolutions

It’s that time of year again- a time of reflection and future goals. Every year, I tell myself that this will be the year that I look forward to bikini season because of all the hours I plan to spend at the gym. Unfortunately, my busy schedule and love of pizza usually prevent me from obtaining my resolution so I have decided to give in a make a more realistic goal this year. I will be resolving to focus on a smaller area of my body: my face!

For those of you who would like to mix it up this year and get the best skin you’ve ever had, here are some quick and easy ways for any age to boost their skin care routine.

For all ages, it can be as simple as:

1) Drinking more water

2) Wearing sunscreen every day

In your twenties, it’s important to start the daily habits that will help keep your skin fresh and youthful. Find the perfect combination of cleanser, toner and moisturizer to use every morning and night. Once you fall into a consistent routine, add a quality eye cream to keep your eye area moisturized. Now’s the time to prevent the signs of aging! Goal: Get a facial! Relaxation and stress-reduction aren’t the only benefits of facial treatments.
