Miss A Columnist

Brooklyn native Len Moon claims she's woman of many talents but a master of none, well not as yet. An event coordinator, writer, and mother of two beautiful boys, this Atlanta resident has a new found appreciation of the city and would love to share all of her finds with her readers. She chose writing as an escape from reality in which nobody could determine or limit her possibilities. "The ability to give opinions, events and entertainment in words is the ultimate challenge-but alike many other tough situations I've been in, I've found that nothing is as hard as it seems." If you have an Atlanta charity or cultural event, restaurant, boutique, spa, or salon you would like covered on Miss A, please contact Leneille at Leneilleb@yahoo.com.

Enjoy The Holiday Season At Georgia’s Callaway Gardens

The holidays are here again and just as quickly as they have arrived, they will disappear. So why not enjoy the time with your family and friends in a relaxed setting at Callaway Gardens. Pack the kids, the holiday sweaters and yes don’t forget your red santa hats for the 90-minute drive from downtown Atlanta to this southern resort tucked away behind Pine Mountain. There’s so much to do…where should you start? It all depends on what type of troupe you have.

The  ”I’m so glad it’s Christmas” troupe will enjoy the Fantasy in Lights display. Known for being the largest light show in the Southeast, this show will truly be a feast for the eyes. Over 2 million guests have been enjoying the Fantasy in Lights show since they began in 1992 and ever since then the cars keep coming. Including lighted toy soldiers from “The Nutcracker“, colorful Christmas trees and all can be seen in your own car or by the Jolly Trolley. There are several overnight packages if you want to take your time and enjoy the lights.
