Chocolate Avocado Pudding

This sounds very strange, but it tastes delicious, and it’s very easy to make.

I shared this last week on Let’s Talk Live, ABC Channel 8 in Washington, DC.

Avocados are a healthy fat; they help to plump our skin cells, and allow for Vitamin A and E to absorb, both key ingredients in beautiful skin.

Cacao (raw chocolate) is a powerful antioxidant, another key ingredient to skin care. Adding a healthy, natural sweetener like coconut sugar or raw honey make this treat a wonderful boost for your skin and sweeten it up naturally, without the inflammatory effects of processed sugars.

Ingredients

2 avocados

2 heaping tbsp raw cacao powder

2 tbsp coconut sugar or the natural sweetener of choice ( raw honey works well too)

1/2 tsp vanilla

few drops vanilla liquid stevia

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a food processor, and eat right away.
