Touch Transforms To Make Immediate, Visible Differences For Those Suffering From Breast Cancer

There’s no doubt you know someone whose life has been affected by breast cancer. It could be a friend, colleague, your sister, mom, even yourself. With Breast Cancer Awareness Month here, there are so many great opportunities to make a difference while also picking up some great beauty items for yourself.

The new Touch Transforms movement benefiting Look Good… Feel Better recently caught my eye. Look Good… Feel Better teaches beauty techniques to cancer patients, to help them feel beautiful and confident as they go through cancer treatment. As you know from reading my columns, I am a big fan of Skin Authority’s products. Touch Transforms is being led by Skin Authority along with respected names including Clarisonic, The Ritz-Carlton and 50 top spas and resorts. Touch Transforms is a movement to bring the power of human touch to those who need it through many different efforts and products.

“Touch Transforms will make visible changes now for women with cancer. When someone looks in the mirror and likes the image they see, they instantly feel better!” said Skin Authority CEO Celeste Hilling. How can you get involved in  Touch Transforms? There are a couple ways to take part:

  • Visit a participating spa and book a Touch Transforms Facial and/or purchase the special edition Touch Transforms home care kit. Skin Authority will donate $5 to Look Good…Feel Better for every kit purchased. At certain participating spas, Skin Authority will donate an additional $5 for every Touch Transforms Facial purchase. A list of participating spas may be found here. The specially-designed nutritive facial works for all skin types.

  • Go online and purchase the special-edition kit from Skin Authority . Skin Authority will donate $5 to Look Good…Feel Better for every Touch Transforms kit purchased. The home-care kit includes four pure, yet luxuriously-rich products that protect, hydrate and nourish skin for a soft and smooth result. With no dyes, added fragrances, parabens or animal testing in Skin Authority’s products, Hilling adds, “Look beautiful and feel better knowing you are helping transform women as they manage their cancer treatment and recovery with greater confidence.”
