Free Thursday Night Healing Circle At Naam Yoga In Miami Beach

Tap into your own healing power and send positive vibes to a friend or loved one. You might be surprised with how good it actually feels, or how things seem to magically fall into place after joining this powerful circle of light, offered every Thursday evening at 5:30 p.m., for FREE I might add! The regulars call it “Bani’s” and it’s offered every week in Miami Beach at a beautiful little oasis called Naam Yoga Miami.

Bani’s (officially called Gurbani Prayer) is actually a form of prayer that uses ancient spiritual technology to create a unified protective field around ourselves and the world. These prayers have been used throughout the ages to cure all types of illnesses, fevers and “incurable” diseases, as well as to remove pain and suffering regardless of its source. During the Bani Healing Circle, all are encouraged to smile, to laugh, and to feel the unseen. You may choose to follow along as the group gracefully flows through a prescribed set of hand mudras… a series of hand gestures that flow from one to the next in a perfectly synchronized sequence. These universal symbols, which your hands effortlessly flow into and out of, are just as beautiful as the melody your heart and soul are invited to sing. But don’t just take my word for it, check it out for yourself!

There is no experience necessary, any person at any level can participate, and there is no prior knowledge of yoga or meditation required. Mantra sheets are handed out for those who choose to actively participate.   If you choose not to follow along, thats ok!  Even just by being there in your own divine presence you will feel the good vibes and can send your light to others in need. The healing circle is non-denominational and takes place in a pristine, intimate yoga room where the highest and purest intentions are set for those present as well as those on the receiving end. It’s an all-around feel-good experience!

You might just find me there again next Thursday!
