Macie Kreutzer grew up in South Carolina and is a Southern girl at heart; but after living in New York City upon college graduation and then moving to the west coast she has become a California girl, residing in San Diego now for nearly eight years. Macie has worked in fashion marketing and PR for such acclaimed brands as Valentino, JLo by Jennifer Lopez, Kangol, Charlotte Russe, House of Deréon and Julez Bryant. Her passion for fashion is more than just a career choice but a topic she loves to write about and discuss. Babies by the Sea in Cardiff has plenty to offer mothers and children alike. For moms needing maternity clothes to toddlers wanting the latest toy, there is something for everyone at this seaside boutique.  Located in the Seaside shopping center off Coast Highway 101, Babies by the Sea opened in 2009 with the mission to provide natural, sustainable products and information to moms, babies and toddlers while simultaneously being a community-centric resource for North County families.  In addition to the boutique’s merchandise of apparel, toys and baby gear; classes are offered each month for music, yoga and topical issues such as cord blood banking and child behavior.

Highlights from the store’s product selection include infant and toddler t-shirts emblazoned with music legends Bob Marley, The Beatles and Elvis along with wooden toy line, Plan Toys and organic muslin swaddle blankets by aden+anais.  For parents with a bundle of joy on the way, consider registering at Babies by the Sea where you can create a wish list for new baby filled with eco-friendly, high-quality items that the boutique is known for.
