“I was able to go out in public again and not be embarrassed when somebody looked at my face.” These are the words of Jenny Abraham, owner of FaceToFace Spa in Austin, Texas. Jenny suffered from severe cystic acne since she was 15 years old and the redness and breakouts led her to have a low self esteem. Throughout the last five years, Jenny received monthly facials and as a result of the facials and other spa treatments, her acne has been controlled and minimized. Now her true beauty and confidence shine through and are no longer hidden under acne blemishes. This change sparked a passion within Jenny, and led her (with the help of friends and family) to create and finally open FaceToFace Spa in March 2011, where she can now change other people’s lives as well.
At FaceToFace Spa you will find a wide variety of services and treatments from facial treatments to eyelash extensions, waxing and makeup application; the list goes on and on. The staff is comprised of licensed estheticians, registered nurses and massage therapists to take care of your every need. You will find these many offerings in a peaceful and comfortable environment with special lighting and music as well as wine, herbal tea and other beverages to help you relax.
FaceToFace Spa is not a typical day spa, but rather a med spa, meaning the services offered are medical grade and cost hundreds of dollars less than you would find at a plastic surgeon’s or dermatologist’s office. Jenny feels that you don’t have to spend a lot of money to be healthy and look beautiful, that’s why she and her staff offer high end services at reasonable prices. High quality products such as Dermalogica, GloProfessional and Jane Iredale Professional Mineral make-up are used at the spa. The goal of FaceToFace Spa is to tailor the services to each client’s individual needs based on an initial interview and feedback along the way to ensure the best outcome for the client.
Furthermore, to add to the fact that the spa is indeed a med spa, it is important to note that Jenny has been a registered nurse for over six years and with the knowledge gained from her nursing career, FaceToFace Spa is not only regulated by The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, but also The Texas Board of Nurse Examiners as well.
FaceToFace Spa believes in giving back to the community, after all, “it is the community who has promoted our spa,” mostly by word of mouth. “Clients know quality when they see it,” she added.
There are over 15 different organizations that FaceToFace Spa has donated to over the last four months since the spa opened. Among these organizations are Healthy Women Cedar Park Regional Medical Resource Center, Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter, Lago Vista Women’s Club and Bouncing Babies of Austin.

Jenny and her staff are passionate about skin and believe everyone should have access to good skin care services. Jenny stands behind her words, “You don’t have to be upper class to receive good spa services, you just have to know where to go!”
