I recently went in for the Classic Babor Facial and the Glycolic Peel (I figure the last 30 years haven’t been very nice to my skin and it was time to take charge of these new wrinkles creeping up on me). Roxanne had a very calming aura to her and her room was clean and relaxing, not to mention the view of the bay is breathtaking. Once we started the process she gave me a free skin consultation. She wanted to know what my everyday practice was (exercise, products, skincare etc), and then the treatment began. She was very informative and positive that we could really work at reversing some of the damage I have done to my skin. She didn’t once try to convince me to change my everyday habits, like running outside or lying out because I love tanning, instead she worked up a treatment that worked for my lifestyle. She didn’t push all of her products on me either, instead she advised me on things I could do within my budget, which I really appreciated.

All in all, Roxanne worked wonders with my face and I left there feeling really confident that I could get my old face back.
