Miami Spice 2011 is a restaurant promotion that runs from August through September showcasing the very best of Miami cuisine. Miami Spice is Miami’s most anticipated event of the summer – it provides the opportunity to savor specially priced three-course meals at some of the area’s top restaurants at prices reduced by 30 – 50 percent.  The promotion features the city’s top restaurants offering special price fixed lunch menus for $22 and dinners for $35. Each restaurant will include an appetizer, entrée and dessert as part of the fixed price.

Some of my favorite top-flight restaurants participating in Miami Spice this year include: Zuma, Red Fish Grill, Shula’s, Mr. Chow, Novecento, The Forge Restaurant and Wine Bar, Sugarcane Raw Bar & Grill, Chophouse Miami, and Jaguar among many others.
