6 Beauty Products For Girls On-the-Go

If you girls are anything like me, you usually spend your mornings running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Sometimes you might even end up leaving the house with two different shoes on! Oh, that’s just me? Well anyways, I have the perfect 6 beauty items for all you girls on-the-go who don’t have time to sit down and have a full makeup session. With these products you can pull of the ever-elusive 5-Minute Face, which is something I’ve learned to perfect over the years.

1.) Philosophy’s Hope In A Tinted Moisturizer ($38.00)-  I always start with a clean face in the mornings, and add my favorite tinted moisturizer. Believe me, I’ve tried them ALL, and my favorite one is by Philosophy. It’s so, so, so important to wear SPF every day, girls! Even if you live in a cloudy climate, those sun rays can still cause wrinkles. I recommend this tinted moisturizer because it dries quickly and gives great coverage, and can be built up to full coverage. I do not have to wear foundation when I use this product, but I may add a little powder to mattify my face. Available at Sephora.

2.) MAC Lipglass in Prrr ($14.50)- I love this lipglass by MAC because it has great staying power. The shade is a nice, very pale peach that can stand  alone without the help of lipstick. When I’m going for the 5-Minute Face, I always prefer lipgloss, which makes touch-ups super quick and easy. This is actually the first product that I purchased from MAC, and I’ve continued to repurchase it over the years. Available at MAC.

3.) MAC Eyeshadow in Satin Taupe ($14.50)- This eyeshadow has a shimmery brown color that I’ve found stands alone nicely even without an eyeshadow primer. It adds a great wash of color on the lid, and isn’t glittery. When I’m in a hurry in the mornings, I find myself reaching for Satin Taupe more often than not. Available at MAC.

4.) Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliner Pencil in Zero ($18.00)- These eyeliner pencils are some of the best I’ve ever used! I usually don’t use black eyeliner on my waterline, but I’ve found that when I do, this is one of the only pencils that doesn’t run or dissolve. It stays sharp for quite a few uses as well. While I have used more expensive eyeliner pencils, I’ve found that Urban Decay’s formula is much more long-lasting. Available at Sephora.

5.) Benefit CORALista Blush ($28.00)- I’m a very big fan of all of Benefit’s box blushes and bronzers, and CORALista is definitely up high on my list. It’s the perfect blush because it provides a soft, coral color to the cheeks which really makes you look more awake. I always notice a big different when I run out of the house without putting CORALista or any other blush on. If you’re new to makeup and want a flattering, not-overpowering shade, I would definitely try CORAlista. Available at Sephora.

6.) DiorShow Mascara ($24.50)- Dior consistently puts out great mascaras. I prefer DiorShow because its formula is both lengthening and volumizing. I don’t have the extra time in the morning to use two mascaras, but DiorShow does the job of both. It washes off easily with a makeup cloth at the end of the day. Available at Sephora.

There you have it, ladies! My top 6 picks for beautiful girls on-the-go. While high-end makeup can get pretty expensive, I’ve found that building up my collection slowly allows me to try different things and find things that I love!
