Tracie Rosales is the Beauty Editor for Miss A. She has always loved fashion and make-up. After graduating from college, Tracie went to National Makeup Academy, and then to M.A.C. school. After moving to Northern Virginia with her husband, she decided to start her own company “Makeup Artistry by Tracie”.

In the four years that Makeup Artistry by Tracie has been a company, it has been honored with several awards and milestones. In 2007, The Washington Mystics (WNBA) invited Tracie to participate in events and do the girls' makeup, which she does every year. In 2008, MABT was invited to the White House’s staff appreciation day, to speak about skin care and makeup. MABT was also honored by winning the 2008 Home Based Business of the Year. In 2009 Makeup Artistry by Tracie was featured in Northern Virginia Magazine as Best Makeup Application.

Tracie volunteers for charities such as The Loudoun Small Business Development Center, Arthritis Foundation, Nationals Incorporated Pageants, Active Girlz, and The Soldiers Angels Foundation. Luke’s Wings Hosts Fashion Takes Flight

Fashion Takes Flight, presented by Man Machine Systems Assessment, will take place on Friday, January 28, 2011, from 7 to 10 pm, at The Adams Morgan Mansion.  Fashion Takes Flight is Luke’s Wings’ annual benefit, that features models and military service men and women who ‘take flight’ in a swank, high energy runway exhibition highlighting cutting edge fashion.  Attendees of the event will also enjoy cocktails, gourmet hors d’oeuvres and multiple premium bars.
