Miss A Columnist

Jaime Bloom, CMP believes in working hard and playing hard, and most importantly enjoying what you do in both. Jaime works hard: She has spent thirteen years working in marketing, event planning, and public relations. She started her career in New York working for Michael Kors and Miramax Films. After living in New York and Florida, she landed in Atlanta nine years ago. Five years ago, she started her own company, JBloom Productions, providing marketing consulting, event management, and training.
Jaime plays hard: Her friends have affectionately coined her ‘Cosmo’, as she is the go-to resource for all things fashion, design, events, and community. If she does not know the answer, she loves the thrill of the hunt researching and testing to offer confident and honest advice. Jaime balances her life in the ATL through her passion for fashion, music, food, cultural outlets, events, sports, community, and the beautiful outdoors. If you have a restaurant, bar, festival, charity or cultural event, or Atlanta personality you would like to see covered on Miss A, please contact Jaime directly at jaimebloom@yahoo.com placing in the subject line: AskMissA – ATL.

Originally known as the Peach Bowl from 1968, now the Chick-fil-A Bowl is bringing together a great matchup between the Florida State Seminoles and the South Carolina Gamecocks. This game is the second-longest bowl game to celebrate an early sellout. If you do not have tickets, enjoy the pre-game festivities and watch the game at your teams official game watching spot:

Florida State Seminoles:

  • Mellow Mushroom Brookhaven: 4058 Peachtree Road NE, Atlanta

South Carolina Gamecocks

As an FSU alumni, I will be cheering my team along and looking for a win against the Gamecocks. Which will be all the sweeter as it will be against former University of Florida Head Coach, and now South Carolina Head Coach – Steve Spurrier.
