The First Chukkers
Today, I received an interesting email from someone. This man is a local attorney — not one of Tareq’s fictional characters. For those who don’t know, Tareq is famous around DC for having created two made-up people whom he likes to communicate through – David Mortz and Roger Stern, who is Commissioner of some fictionalized polo league. Note that the Commissioner of the NBA is David Stern and the Commissioner of the NFL is Roger Goodell. Roger Stern is a blend, which can NOT be a coincidence knowing the Salahis, as I’m afraid I do. There even have been rumors that the Salahis have used other people’s social security numbers to get credit in the name of David Mortz and Roger Stern.
From the looks of the .pdf this man emailed to me, it appears that not only did the Salahi threaten to sue The First Chukkers….they did! And guess which attorney filed the suit? None other than Paul Gardner, friend of the third crasher, Carlos Allen. You may recall that AskMissA.com was the first to reveal the identity of the Third Crasher as one of my writers was personally told by Carlos that he had attended the dinner at a Thanksgiving volunteer event at Allen’s Hush Society Mansion. If you recall, Mr. Gardner supposedly helped the Salahis crash the Congressional Black Caucus dinner four weeks before they crashed President Obama’s first State Dinner with the Prime Minister of India.
Ms. Rodgers:As you may recall, I have communicated with you in the past re my distinct interest in our favorite deadbeats, the Salahis, given the fact I pegged them for scam artists well over a year ago when they tried to con my clients re their 2009 “America’s Polo Cup”.I just had an opportunity to revisit you November 28, 2009 post in which you stated: “Soon after the May 2009 event, Tareq Salahi threatened to sue the great guys and gals of First Chukker Foundation.”Actually Tareq DID, in the name of his America’s Polo Cup and Journey for the Cure, file suit against folks associated with First Chukker. I’m not sure any of them were ever aware of it, because they were never served with process before the case was dismissed.

08/28/09 America’s Polo Cup and Journey for the Cure files suit against Alan Adler, Joseph Warren, Andrew Bullion, and the Northern Piedmont Community Foundation, c/o First Chukker Foundation for “Breach of Contract” & “Unjust Enrichment”.The Plaintiffs at that time were represented by Paul W. Gardner, II, who we subsequently learned was the Salahis’ “entertainment lawyer”.Now, of course, once the Salahis publicly dropped Mr. Gardner’s name as being their contact for crashing the Congressional Black Caucus dinner, that provided a convenient excuse for him to withdraw from representation of them, he ran from that couple as quickly as possible, and I don’t blame him.The Salahis never employed other counsel and no one appeared in Court at the mandatory scheduling conference of 12/18/09, so the Court dismissed the case.If you know any of the named Defendants, you might want to tell them about this, since there is a substantial likelihood they were not even aware a lawsuit had been filed against them.Paul Gardner with President Obama

If you haven’t seen it, below is the commercial for Real Housewives of DC. Not sure what’s up with Mary Amons’ affected British accent. She does a great job of it. I’m guessing she’s doing a “Catherine O’Manney“. I know my favorites will be Mary Amons and Stacie Scott Turner.
Thank you for continuing to point out how delusional and untruthful the Salahis are. However, I am frustrated to read that you will be watching the Bravo show. I understand that if you don’t watch you can’t point out more of the Salahis’ lies, but the fewer people who watch, the better the chance that Bravo will see that these crooks should not be on TV.

PS plural for a last name does not take an apostrophe ie Salahis (not Salahi’s) It’s a pet peeve of mine, but especially so in this case because massive incorrect usage of apostrophes is a Missy Holt classic. Let her be the only one to misspell the plural of that last name! :0)

I love the Roger Stern and David Mortz characters that Tareq made up. Strangely they didn’t show at the polo cup this year, how unusual? You would think they would have come for the free popeye’s chicken.

Lynda is beautiful, did it ever occur to you that not every picture of someone really shows their true appearance? Unless you have met Lynda in person I do not think it is tasteful or classy for you to make such bold statements about her appearance. Just a thought.
These two are so VILE..on a recent interview with Carol Joynt “Michaele” claims her name actually came from a combination of both her parents name..Michael and Michelle..Um, her parents names are HOWARD AND SUSAN..you know the SN Michaele loves to use to post comments all over the web.
Recently on her FB “fan” page David Mortz made an appearance..LOL I laugh because his comments were so Hysterical, he claimed the FEDS and “proper authorities” were keeping track of posters posting Negative comments and legal action would be taken.. Theres not enough man power in the entire US to track down each and every Anti Salahi “fan”.. Wouldn’t it be great if we ALL filed a suit against these two? Since they have such a fetish for suing ppl…lets give them their fill!
