Tropical Obsession
Before leaving to go to New York for Fashion Week, I decided to stop into Barney’s Co-Op to find something fabulous to wear. While strolling through the store, I spotted a travel candle and immediately snatched it up. I cannot stand staying in a hotel room without a candle of my own. While I was in NYC, I could not get enough of this candle, I literally became obsessed with the scent. It’s called Kai, has pretty minimalist packaging, and smells of Hawaii and gardenia flowers. It has the lightest, most feminine scent. Every time I stepped into my room I felt as if I were in the tropics, not a snowy side street of New York City. I had to know if they had anymore products containing this fragrance. I checked their website, kaifragrance.com, and found out that the product line is paraben-free, sulfate-free, infused with all natural essences and nutrient-rich ingredients. Not to mention the collection is also hypo-allergenic. I love using products that contain natural ingredients, since I have sensitive skin. When I got back into town, I went back to Barney’s and purchased the body wash, body lotion, and perfume oil. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my new fragrance, I’m a little disappointed I didn’t find out about it sooner. Kai fragrance is the perfect pick me up to combat this dull, chilly, rainy, snowy, DC weather. Ladies, now you know, stop by Barney’s Co-Op or Urban Chic Boutique and try Kai.
