		<description>Be careful to choose trademarks (names, logos, or slogans) that are available for you to use and/or protect.  If you are crowdsourcing, be sure someone hasn&#039;t already filed an Application on the tagline or logo (essentially blocking you from using it).  Let me know if you need help in a clearance search on any of the final choices.  You also may want something in writing assigning rights if someone else came up with the logo or slogan for you.
