Girls Night Out at Hela Spa

June 10 - Girls Night Out at Hela Spa – 7- 9pm- Hela Spa, 3209 M Street, NW, Washington, DC 20007
With the Real Housewives of DC heading to Washington, I felt it might be time for me to get back to Hela Spa. I held an event at Hela Spa back in 2006 for the women of Blondes vs. Brunettes. Everyone enjoyed wine and hors d’ouevres, learned about skincare, got VISIA skin analysis, and watched my Botox procedure.
I’ve decided it’s time to host a similar event, because despite wearing sunscreen every single day since I turned 29 – in winter, and on cloudy or rainy days — I am no match for time and gravity. I know my readers and members of DC Girls in the Know would be interested in knowing more about Botox and Fillers such as Restylane® , Juvaderm®, Radiesse®. You may not need these options now, and you may never want to try these, but it’s always good to be informed and to learn about preventative measures you can take to keep your skin looking its best.
Join me and DC Girls in the Know on Wednesday, June 10th from 7 – 9pm for a presentation by Melanie Erb, CRNP. Enjoy complimentary wine and hor d’ouevres, as Melanie uses me as an example to demonstrate how she can remove nasal labial, crow’s feet and other lines. She will perform the procedures in front of everyone so you can truly get a feel for what it’s like.
Washingtonians are more secretive about having work done than women in California and other parts of the country. As my readers know, I’m very open and don’t feel I have anything to hide. For those who want to be discreet and more subtle, Hela is a perfect choice for these procedures, as they won’t give you that “frozen forehead” look. You will still have movement and will be able to express yourself.
Attendees will receive goodie bags, and 15% off treatments booked on the night of the event with 5% will go to benefit Innocents at Risk.
I hope that you’ll grab a girlfriend, and join me for this fun night for a great cause! I promise this will be a much more informative and high-brow (pun intended) event than the Botox Party hosted by Danielle Staub on Real Housewives of New Jersey!
- Miss A
Proceeds from this event will go to benefit Innocents at Risk, a child-advocacy non-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization established to fight the trafficking and exploitation of women and children through awareness programs aimed at educating the public of these crimes. Innocents at Risk partners with NGO’s and has The United States Department of State, which has endorsed the organization’s efforts on behalf of the three million women and children who are trafficked annually worldwide.
