“Multifarious” Opening Reception Tonight

I’d like to remind you all that the opening reception of “Multifarious” is tonight.

For those of you who missed the announcement last week, “Multifarious” is an art exhibit featuring the work of my dear friend Heather Schmaedeke. The reception will be held at Kefa Café, located at 963 Bonifant St, Silver Spring, MD 20910, from 6:30 pm until 8:30pm. The “Multifarious” exhibit will be on display until May 30th.

Heather’s work is amazing and blends realistic and surreal imagery with explosive colors and diverse media to create unique and captivating pieces. The effect is a passionate alternate reality which draws the viewer in and challenges you to unlock the mystery of each painting’s meaning. While stunning in photographs it really must be experienced in person. I strongly encourage everyone to come out, meet Heather, and see her work for yourself.
