Rock & Roll For Fido And Going Above and Beyond The Goal!

I want to thank my Jim and Melise Stokes for their generous donation to the Washington Humane Society! Their $650.00 contribution put me over the top to meet my $3000.00 fundraising goal, so Scarlett and I will be modeling in Fashion for Paws this year! It will be sad to be at Fashion for Paws without Gatsby, my last Maltese, but Scarlett’s cute little puppy personality will cheer me up and I think she’ll be a hit with the crowd just like Gatsby!

Even though I’ve reached my goal, next Tuesday, March 10th  I’m hosting Rock & Roll for Fido at Tattoo Bar from 7 -11pm in hopes of raising more money for the Washington Humane Society on behalf of my friend and fellow Fashion for Paws fundraising model, Michelle D’Ettorre. Michelle is Mrs. Alexandria, and is Vice President for Barkley Square Dog Bakery & Boutique and Karing by Kristina, which are both strong supporters of the Washington Humane Society. Michelle is taking her platform of animal rescue with her to the Mrs. Virginia pageant in Williamsburg later this spring.

I will have an official invitation out soon, but please save the date for next Tuesday at Tattoo on K Street!
