No More Drama On AskMissA.com

This week’s drama has been like a really bad Jackie Collins novel. I can’t even keep up. Sophie Pyle now says she did not write, “Suck it, Rodgers!” in the comment section of my blog. She claims the comments were left by someone playing a prank. It’s only fair for me to share that with my readers who may not have seen Sophie’s or her mother’s real comments on my blog yesterday.

I know my readers don’t come to Askmissa.com for Washington gossip, so from now on, come what may, I will not address any of this nonsense publicly. Many in our community are facing lay off’s, home foreclosures and other serious issues. Tonight I am attending a fundraiser to help a precious little girl who has fought cancer most of her life. I think that puts this ridiculous drama into perspective. I don’t need to bring any additional negativity into the lives of my readers.

    Proud of you, hon!

  2. the thing is, look at all the comments and attention the posts about this senseless BCM spat have garnered you. and for someone who banks on the number of hits she gets, that’s not hard to resits. admittedly your last couple posts were putting you in competition with DC Sleaze (and none of your fans want you to go there). but the sad truth is, people love a little dirt and they definitely love a scandal.

anyhow, i, too, applaud your decision to keep it positive and to stay above the fray. but somehow i feel like the temptation may be too hard to resist over the long haul. besides, i’m not sure your readers would object to a teensy weensy piece of juicey gossip now and again… am i right guys?
